Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

A local delivery fee of $8.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee is $15.00.) U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are able to make Funeral Deliveries on Sundays. We do deliver to Cemeteries. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses cannot be guaranteed, and phone numbers are a must. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
